In Kyrgyzstan, an important step in this direction has been the development and implementation of the Unified Identification System and the Tunduk application. These systems allow citizens and government agencies to interact effectively, reducing bureaucratic barriers and improving access to services.

Unified Identification System (ESI)

The Unified Identification System (ESI) is a digital platform that allows centralized access to various government services. It is also referred to as the Cloud Digital Signature (CDS).

To obtain a Cloud Digital Signature (CDS) through the Unified Identification System (ESI) in Kyrgyzstan, you need to download the Tunduk application and register in it.

Step 1. Download the Tunduk application

Open the app store on your smartphone. For iOS (iPhone, iPad), this is the AppStore; for Android, it is the PlayStore. Find the Tunduk application and install it on your smartphone.

Pay attention to the application icon. There are two versions in the store: the first for all citizens and the second for government employees. You need the first one.

Step 2. Login screen

Open the application and click the “Login” button.

Then click “Not registered?”.

After the registration process, you will be able to log in on this screen.

Step 3. Registration in the Tunduk application

Prepare your passport, as you will need it to fill in all the necessary fields.

  • In the first field, enter your personal number (PIN)
  • In the second, your passport number
  • In the third, your email (use one that you have access to), if you do not have an email, register at https://gmail.com or another email service.
  • Your phone number.

Next, accept the agreement and follow the instructions to take a photo of your face.

After confirming the photo, the application will prompt you to confirm your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a code. Enter it and complete the registration.

Step 4. What's next?

Great, now you have a Cloud Digital Signature!

After confirmation, the password will be sent to you via SMS.

  • Digital Health Profile: Information about the healthcare organization to which the user is assigned, insurance status, vaccination data, and much more.

The real estate re-registration process can also be completed through the Tunduk application:

How to obtain a Certificate in the Tunduk Application?

Obtaining certificates and documents has become significantly easier. Tunduk, a universal application, allows citizens of Kyrgyzstan to get the necessary documents without leaving home. I've prepared a small guide on how to do this.

Step 1. Go to the Services Section

First, you need to open the Tunduk application on your smartphone. In the main menu, find and go to the "Services" section. Here, all available services and certificates that can be requested through the application are gathered.

Step 2. Find the Needed Certificate

In the services section, you can use the search function to quickly find the certificate you need. Enter the name or keywords, and the application will suggest relevant options.

Step 3. Request the Certificate

When you find the needed certificate, click on it to open the request page. On this screen, there is also a section for the history of requested certificates where you can see previous requests. To obtain the certificate, confirm the request.

Step 4. Receive the Result

After processing your request, you will receive the certificate. The document will also be available in the history of requested certificates section. You can view it, save it for printing, send it via messenger, or provide access to the document through a QR code.
